We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other issues affecting fulfilment. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, you will be refunded.

All prices shown on this website are in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. If we discover an error in the price of an item you ordered, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed.

Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website, but delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Cancellations

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and then a further 14 days to return it.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with tags and hygiene protection intact.

For hygiene reasons, we may refuse returns on swimwear where protective strips have been removed, or where items show signs of wear, marks, odour, washing or damage, except where your statutory rights apply.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights. Under UK consumer law, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@liviabetancort.com, including your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method.

We may withhold a refund until returned goods are received, or until you provide evidence that the goods have been returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.
