We currently ship WORLDWIDE.
We aim to dispatch order in 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday), orders ship from the UK.
Please note: all orders placed on the weekend will ship the following business day.

Duty & Taxes
Please note: Import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price. Orders are shipped from the UK, and if local import charges apply, these must be paid by the customer upon receipt. For details on applicable rates, please contact your local customs authority.
UK Delivery
We ship via Royal Mail Next Day Tracked with Signature for secure delivery.
International Delivery
For countries outside the UK, we use DHL as our shipping partner.
DHL provides On Demand Delivery (ODD), which gives you the flexibility to adjust your delivery while it’s en route. Options include rescheduling for a different day or removing the signature requirement.
Once your order has been dispatched, DHL will notify you via SMS and/or email with your expected delivery date. If ODD is available in your region, this message will also include a link to the ODD site. You’ll just need your tracking (waybill) number to manage preferences.
Returns
To make a return please drop us an email at :support@liviabetancort.comwith your full name, order number and reason for return and we will arrange labels to sent to you. Returns cost £5 for UK only. The return fee will be deducted from your refund ( please refer to delivery shipping costs above) Please, keep proof of postage until return has been processed. NOTE: Due to tax and Duty charges we are unable to offer exchanged on international orders. Delivery charges, Duties and taxes will not be refunded. Please, for sanitary reasons only try on swimwear bottoms over underwear.
